A backorder occurs when a product is temporarily out of stock but scheduled to be restocked or produced again.
When this happens, your order will be reserved and fulfilled as soon as inventory becomes available.
Our team works diligently with our suppliers to minimize delays and ensure timely fulfillment whenever possible.
Backorder Notifications
If an item in your order becomes backordered, our team will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated shipping timeframe.
Estimated availability dates are based on information provided by manufacturers and may occasionally change due to:

Shipping of Backordered Items
Backordered products will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
Depending on the order size and product availability:

Backordered items may ship separately from the rest of your order, or

The entire order may ship once all items are available
Customers will receive a tracking confirmation once the shipment has been dispatched.
Early Availability
In some cases, materials may become available earlier than the estimated restock date. If this occurs, your order may ship sooner than originally expected.
Refusing an early shipment may result in additional shipping or storage charges, which would be the responsibility of the customer.
